De la Puente gets some cash (1 Viewer)

Good chunk of change for DLP.

Well deserved.

He nearly got the highest performance bonus in the NFL this year:

1. Vontaze Burfict, LB, Cincinnati Bengals - $299,465
2. Dallas Reynolds, OL, Philadelphia Eagles -$294,844
3. Brian De La Puente, OC, New Orleans Saints - $289,373
4. Bobby Massie, OT, Arizona Cardinals - $283,776
5. J'Marcus Webb, OT, Chicago Bears - $275,360
6. Sam Acho, LB, Arizona Cardinals - $273,785
7. Bruce Miller, FB, San Francisco 49ers - $273,476
8. Max Starks, OT, Pittsburgh Steelers - $272,590
9. Robert McClain, CB, Atlanta Falcons - $269,505
10. Austin Howard, OT, New York Jets - $259,645

He in Jimmy are the only big contracts I can forsee in the near future. He has earned it.

Another example of how well our organization can pull up unknowns and make them great players on our O-Line. Shame we don't have the same talent on the D-Line.

Pay for performance - we don't want any part of that. It's a trick by Goodell.

The Saints have Brees on offense who everyone look awesome. We need the same type of player on defense.

I see a trend with the D-Line coach.

I wish they would have made a change there.
