Jimmy Smith, of the New Orleans Times-Picayune, reports the New Orleans Saints DE Scott Scharff (knee) suffered a knee injury during Wednesday's practice, Nov. 29. There has been no word yet on the severity of the injury.

Jimmy Smith, of the New Orleans Times-Picayune, reports the New Orleans Saints have added free agent DE Trevor Johnson (Jets) to their roster. Terms of the deal were undisclosed.

So, the Giants are missing Strahan and we're missing Scharff. We need to get Scharff back on the field. As far as players that are most needed by this team I'd say Brees, McAllister, Scharff, Colston, Horn in that order. Let's win one for the Scarfer this weekend.
