Dear Mr. Vilma,

The fans here have been ready.

We endured twenty years of the worst ownership in sports and there was always hope.
Good money, great parties, but lousy coaching, yet their remained hope.
Great coach, but hurt QB, losing record again, coach fired, although we cling to hope.
Great offense paired with stupid defense, leading to the record worse record, yet hope.
Colorful coach, overachieving low talent, losing record, but hope.
Changing of the guard builds a great defense paired with a mediocre offense and teases us to disappoint in a meltdown... still hope endures.
A new side of the leaf reveals much the same as the first side, hope is on both.
A city drowns, but hope floats and a team rises to new heights.
Now hope is accompanied by real expectations, dashed for the moment but hope holds out...

Oh we're ready. Ready for the final pieces to fall in place. Ready for our hope to be realized.
