I will note that the concept of a June 1st cut seems peculiar here, as teams already have the option to cut guys before June 1st and to designate them as a June 1st cut if they’d like.

Seems like if it was going to happen, it would have occurred by now.

The salary cap is a myth. You can always borrow from future years if you need it. If we want him, cap ramifications won’t be something that stops it.
