The ability to high-point a pass and land on his feet without pain Thursday marked the latest sign of progress for New Orleans Saints cornerback Delvin Breaux.
Breaux has not played in the five games since he suffered a broken fibula in the season opener against the Oakland Raiders, but he claimed to be 90 percent healthy after his latest on-field achievement.
"That's why I can give myself 90 percent because that was one of the battles that I had to face," Breaux said. "You have to high-point, but you have to come back down. The hardest thing with the leg is know that the leg is stable (and) able to hold me up. It was pretty good."
