MT not 100%

Does that mean if this was the season he could play this week but not be 100% or would he be out but he'd play in 2 weeks, 4 weeks?

Will he be 100% by training camp?

Great comp!

Loved Hollis Thomas when we got him from the Eagles. I remember how fast he was for a big guy on the end of his career. I remember a game where he ran down someone much faster and smaller than himself and was in awe of his athleticism

Yep…it’s a shame that he missed winning a championship with us by one season. He was definitely an instrumental and under-appreciated piece during our franchise’s turnaround.

It sounds like he’ll be fully ready for the start of the season and nothing alarming. But would be week to week or questionable if the season started today.

I like the Hollis Thomas comparison also. I think Saunders will fit well in this attacking style defense, he's like a dancing Bear with the way he plays and his size 6'0 320lbs gives him good bend and leverage at the lOS when run stuffing, if he reminds Saints fans of Hollis Thomas I'll say he was a good addition and was impactful on defense.

I'm sure Dennis can't wait for more questions about how Sean Payton will do in Denver...yeesh.

Hollis Thomas came to New Orleans in the 2006 draft trade down the Saints made in the fourth round where the Eagles took a guard the Mel Kipper's of the world had rated higher and the Saints took some hall of fame to be guard no one ever heard of out of Bloomsburg.

This MT not 100% stuff is just mind boggling.
I'm reminded of what Carr said about his conversation with Thomas, he seemed a lot more healthy based on this exchange:

“When he started recruiting and talking to me, he wasn’t even trying to recruit me,” Carr recounted. “He was just like, ‘When are we getting to work, we’re wasting time, time is ticking.’ I was like, ‘Dude, I’m the same way.’ We’ll get there. But I think that our relationship has grown through the process, and I’m looking forward to hopefully making that relationship grow even stronger.”

I have little to no faith in Mike. It’s not going to surprise me if he misses a large portion of the season. I think his willingness to renegotiate has more to do with if and when he’ll play then his desire to be in New Orleans.

If that dude isn't 100% by now he must have the slowest healing body on Earth. He needs to Bron's Dr. Got the man playing 4 weeks after tearing a tendon in his foot.
