According to the AJC Falcons GM is not going to be part of the 360 degrees evaluation of the team and coaching staff. What does this mean? That he is compromised for hiring Dan Quinn? Or that he is on his way out? Or that he is safe? Something is going to change there

Their state of affairs does not appear to be Dimitroff's fault. He built the team that got a 28-3 lead in the Super Bowl; it was Quinn who blew it. Blank made the decision to hire Quinn and he gave Quinn great power including personnel. In this year's draft they addressed the biggest need (OL) but Quinn picked bad players.

Of course, the main goal is for Blank to blame others, so both Dimitroff and Quinn will have to go. That might be a good thing for us in the long run - coaches and managers will see how fickle Blank is, and the good ones will go elsewhere.

Told them drafting those o-lineman where he did and trading up to do so was going to cost him and Quinn their jobs. This dude has been their GM for how many seasons and has drafted one legit starter at o-line.

If they keep Quinn you can go ahead and put us down as division champs for next season.
