Ditka predicted the Saints in the Super Bowl many many weeks ago (before the Dallas game), got laughed at on air for it, stuck with it.

I don't know who he is rooting for (you would imagine the Bears) but I do know he likes the Saints an awful lot.

If he's pulling for the Saints I hope so, for his sake. They still love him in Chicago and while I appreciate his support for us you know how fans get about "respect". Hate for him to lose his icon status up north over some silly predicition.

He was on Mike and Mike this morning, he really loves Drew Brees and he does not believe Rex Grossman is the answer in Chicago so he make pick the Saints if they ask for a prediction.

I've heard him make (jokingly) comments about how he has to live in Chicago and still has a restaurant there when asked about Bears/Saints.
