I thought it was very unique that when the Saints played their very first game in Tulane Stadium, they had each endzone painted to represent each team.
One had "Saints" and the other had "Rams".

It was obviously like a Superbowl atmosphere, but I don't ever remember seeing any other home team have the visitors name represented on their field.

They did that at least first couple of years at Tulane Stadium as I recall. Like they would do with the Sugar Bowl at the time
 
It was common for them to do that early on. They only stopped when the dome opened and then there was a Saints endzone and a Tulane endzone.
