tough one, but i'd probably go with eli, since a qb will likely score more points than a running back.

If all TDs are 6 points you better go with Eli

Ditto, any time you can play a 2nd QB over a 3rd RB by the odds it should be a no-brainer (though actual results can vary, your best shot is with the QB).
