Do you hold your pen/pencil correctly? (1 Viewer)

I'm left handed. My notes get increasingly dark as I get down to the bottom of the page, and when I was in school, I'd have to wash my hands after class to get the graphite off the bottom of my hand.

I've been doing calligraphy for over 30 years. When I get the pens out and have something to do, I hold the pen correctly. Posture is also really important when doing calligraphy too.

When I want to write something, I just get it down on paper, and I don't care what it looks like.

I use a keyboard. Almost have to think to write anymore.

I hold it correctly. But I press too hard and developed a big bump of dead skin (callous) on finger one.

I tend to not WRITE anything down.. my handwriting is hardly readable to myself.

I do the same as you, if I understand correctly. Your wrist is curled when you write, correct?
