Does anyone know how to take Outlook 2007 out of safe mode (1 Viewer)

For some reason it was not working this morning. Somehow I think it go into safe mode because if I click on a link in an email it tells me that this function is restricted. There are a lot of the things available that seem restricted. I have tried restarting as well.

I'll play around with outlook when I get to the Office in a little. I don't know of a 'safe mode' though for outlook.

It gave the option when I tried to get in it. That being said, I ended up finding out what the problem was this morning. Some registry key was messed up. I put my Office installation cd back in and went through the install process. Everything is working fine now. I think it was brother and him love of downloading games. That stops now.
