I know niners are bad but they have had 2 weeks to prepare for us and you know ow how the saints are after a big win in the past.
Well put. You can look back at my post history for the past few months and see exactly what you just said.Meh. I'm still at "as long as we look better each week, maybe we can make a run next season". Maybe I'd feel different if the Falcons didn't have six wins. But I'm not at the point where games scare me.

This is one of the 2 games this year where we really should dominate, the other is the Rams. I would include Tampa, because they are just awful right now, but division games are usually competitive even when they shouldn't be.
That being said... Trip across the country to play outdoors against a bad team coming off a bye week, who's QB has looked like hot trash, and who's running backs are a committee of developmental players. PFF rates almost every player on SF's offense and defense as "poor".
Any given Sunday and all that, but we should beat them by double digits. 30's to teens.
