I know it's "only a dog" and that many people were killed in this tragedy. We all love our dogs but anyone who has seen first hand the bond between an older lady and her dog will appreciate this. Nice moment amongst the horror.

Yeah, even after the woman says, Please help me, I'm like why are you just standing there watching her when she's obvs having trouble.

It's always the kids and the animals that get me most because they are the most vulnerable and the least able to comprehend. That poor little dog, who apparently was physically okay from outward appearance, was obviously scared out of his mind.
