He was making a ton of good personnel moves, but he fumbled the coach hiring process.

They got to make things right with their players with the Kitchen debacle

Ruhle Baylor head coach turned down Cleveland to stay in College. No credible G.M or coach is going to want to go to the Browns

Cleveland is a mess. They ask to interview Josh McDaniels. The same one that walked out on Indy to go back to New England like two years ago.

Best thing that could ever happen to him professionally. He probably has 5 or 6 Browns players trying to hide in his luggage on the way out of town.

I think this may point to Cleveland trying to entice Urban Meyer. Pitching....come in and Coach and have total power in personnel.

Look at Baker Mayfield's stat line yesterday and it tells you a whole lot about how disfunctional the browns are.

They have the most talented roster in the NFL and Baker averaged like 25 yards per completion but only completed about 40% of his passes. That's not sustainable or efficient football.

Their defense is just about set. They need a real offensive mind to get all that talent operating efficiently. McDaniels would be a good offensive guru, if he just made up his mind to actually accept the job.

The sad thing is they have a great running back.

Chub put up the most rushing yards this year since jim brown.

That team is really close they need coaching in the worst way.
