The New Orleans Saints wrapped up their fourth and what they hope to be final game without star wide receiver Michael Thomas.
Thomas had missed the three previous games with an ankle injury, but the Saints announced Sunday that Thomas was being held out for the Chargers game because of disciplinary reasons. Several reports later indicated that the suspension was related to a post-practice altercation Thomas had with teammate C.J. Gardner-Johnson.
Coach Sean Payton declined to comment on Thomas’ one-game suspension — neither on the nature of the suspension, nor whether it would be limited...
