New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees' busted lip was easy to spot during his post-game press conference.

And the swollen lip was a better look than the bloody face he had briefly after a roughing the passer penalty on Panthers defensive tackle Kawann Short during the Saints' 41-38 win over Carolina Sunday at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.

"It looked like he just straight punched me in the mouth," Brees said. "That's what it felt like, and that's what it looked like on the Jumbotron."
