a Herb is an Herb is an Herb... or an Herb by any other name... But I have also heard to soak the roots in sweet milk of it won't be so harsh when you.... - cough cough -"Cook" with it.

Wouldn't want to cook tomato sauce with a recipe from someone that speaks any other way...
