Took Reed a few days to come to a final decision. Nnamdi seems to be doing the same.

The good news is that Reed joined the team he most recently had a visit with. There have been no reports of Nnamdi visiting elsewhere.

Disappointing.... was hoping that he could finish his career in his hometown. I think he was looking for the biggest final paycheck more than anything else though. Asomugha will be looking for at least a 3 year $12 million contract as well. We could only afford one.

Texans sign Ed reed

Now that he signs with the texans and nnamdi had a meeting scheduled with them what does this mean for us? Maybe he will sign now

And since he didn't sign with us, we can all say that he was too old anyway =)

Huge mistake with the Saints not even kicking this tire.

And talk about a cheaply priced tire.

Yikes.

All of thoses players best days are behind them . i would rather see the young guys get a shot and show what they can do

His sideline to sideline speed is definitely not up to par anymore

:9:

Nice to know the percentage of missed tackles in our backfield is at least remaining the same. Probably would have increased with Reed back there.
