Definitely seems bizarre. Wonder what the holdup was.

Whats interesting is how weak the CB market is now - he probably just lost a decent amount of money by reverting to free agency. If the Saints could bring him back at a cheap price I think it would be great. But unlikely with jackrabbit and PJ extensions.

This has got it to be the most confusing free agency year I have ever seen. I have seen so many one year deal than ever before. But I am also seeing alot of so called signing that got retracted. I really thought he signed the deal... What gives now?

How does this affect us with a comp pick if we were to have one from him initially signing with Vegas?

most of these are being reported as signings but are merely an agreement in principle pending a physical.
