I don't understand why people let the national media get in the way of their enjoyment of the NFL.

last week ALL the ESPN "experts" picked Pittsburgh to beat the Saints and lots of people complained about that, as if the ESPN people were idiots or something. Well those idiots got that one right. There were many threads talking about these sportscasters and their lack of knowledge, but no threads where the fans could eat crow for getting it wrong. (or even lame excuses for why they were wrong and the ESPN guys were right.) Why don't we let this one play out. Let's see who wins the division and THEN come back and see who knows what they're talking about. Oh nevermind...forget that logic stuff. We're talking fans here...

If they pick against us every week then they are bound to get it right once in a while. That way they can seem so smart when they luck up. I really don't pay too much attention to many "football analysts" except for The Boomer. He usually says what is really going on.
