News of an impending suspension for Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston could make the New Orleans' Saints 2018 season opener a little easier to manage, according to an ESPN report.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the NFL is planning to suspend the Bucs' star quarterback for the first three games of the season for violating the league's personal conduct policy, according to league sources.
Schefter says the suspension stems from an alleged incident with an Uber driver in Scottsdale, Arizona in March 2016 where Winston allegedly reached over and grabbed her crotch while waiting at a drive-thru, according to an investigative report from BuzzFeed published in November. ...
