im pretty sure i just saw salisbury get burned by a co-anchor about his pick with carolina in the superbowl. i think they're about to talk about what went wrong with panthers.

Well???

What's the scoop? Anyone see it? Did Salisbury get a "free pass?"

I think they said Terry Tate was going to come into the studio and run him over.

Dude, both Salisbury and Hoge were on NFL Primetime yesterday eating their crow. Salisbury even pointed out how he and the rest of the 'ignorant experts'(his words) were wrong about the Saints, especially their defense. Why some much hatred for this guy? He picked the Panthers in the preseason and, instead waffling on his opinion when they struggled(like most other "experts" do) he stuck with his pick. Frankly, I find that respectable.

yeah why so much hatred? salisbury is the most honest of the anchors quick to admit when he is wrong or say another person is wrong....all these superbowl picks are all premature and everybody has there favorites what makes an analyst different? I like salisbury he is honest and to me he has been the only one i know who allways pumped up the saints.

Yeah Salisbury has been pretty supportive for a few years now

ESPN should have a show where the day after a game, fans can call in and rub it in the faces of the "experts" who make these stupid predictions. At least it might instill a sense of accountability on these guys....

they could even call the show "Eat Your Crow"!

EAT YOUR CROW!! :)

i can think of something else these "experts" can eat. Esp. that fat tub of lard Jamie Dukes on NFL network. Ill give Deion a pass this week, i think hes starting to jump on the bandwagon a lil.

He was one of the first national guys to throw a fit when it looked like Benson was gonna keep our team in S.A. I'll always like the guy for that.
