Everyone got their food tonight? (1 Viewer)

I just made some garlic butter soaked grilled jumbo Shrimp, cheese potato perogies, grilled flounder, and a garden salad. I'll be washing it down with 3 bottles of water, IBC cherry soda, and about 5 Heinekens, maybe 12 depending on the flow of the game. There will be about 4 bathroom breaks scheduled. WhoDat!
Wow! I'm trying that next game!
 
POPEYES!!! Which I'm very happy about since it's about a 30 minute drive from my house here in Columbus (Ohio). Chicken was decently spicy and the red beans as good as always.

Leftover (homemade) thai chicken green curry with cauliflower "rice"..... licked the bowl clean.


With this cooler weather, my trigger finger is starting to twitch for the annual "first of the season" blessed goodness gumbo.... it's getting REALLY close.

I made mine yesterday on a cool and rainy Florida panhandle Sunday.

My wife makes me some Thai Basil Chicken about once a week with basil and peppers from the garden. I freaking love it.

I made gumbo last night and just finished off a bowl, might get another later.

I did the same thing last night. Chicken, sausage, and shrimp gumbo.

I'm so full right now it's not that I can't move...........................................I don't want to...................lol!!

I used some crawfish stock that I made for some etouffee and went with chicken, sausage, shrimp and a few crabs.
 
My cornbread gets cream corn, cheddar, and fresh jalapeño added to the batter, then goes on top of my bowl so I get some with every bite. I cook two packages of kielbasa with the onion, bell pepper, and celery.

Are you saying you crumble it into the still cooking red beans and rice?
No I cook a pan of cornbread separate from my beans. Your recipe sounds pretty good but mine is just a old fashioned buttermilk cornbread. I also like to crumble some in my chili and if I’m eating chill I put some diced jalapeños in my mix.
 
They made me throw everything up with the so called game. Disgusted
