When we've done those 2 things this year, we've been tough to beat.
I really think that will again be the key Sat. night.
One person imparticular is Reggie. Late in the season he's done a much better job of taking what was there instead of trying to "over" do it. I really hope that continues. We can't afford to lay a few on the ground this week.
On the execution side, the OL is probably the biggest area. They must keep Brees clean, as they have for most of the season. If given time, Brees can pick Philly apart. But, like any QB if he has alot of pressure in his face he struggles.

Defensively, keep the play in front of us. Make them drive little by little. When we've done that this year, we usually find a way to stop the opposition.

All of this is pretty obvious stuff. Just typing some thoughts. Should be a great game.

Watch this offensive line dominate the Eagles D-line this week. This O-line has become one of, if not the best offensive line in the league. They are close, close and have bonded together. They also have a real nasty streak in them and I really think that these big uglys are going to be the key to our success in the playoffs. If you listen to thier O-line coach he raves and raves about these dudes and to come from where they came from at the begginning of the year says alot. How about Darryl "Moose" Johnston saying that he knows offensive linemen and Jahri is the next Larry Allen. That is some serious accolades for a rookie. These are the people who win and lose games and we win this matchup so we win the game.

I agree Speck. I know that Brees and crew get alot of accolades, but this OL has been very good all year long.
Come playoff time, it's generally the guys in the trenches that determine just how far you make it.
I mean, J.Brown made the All-Pro team in only his 1st year starting at LT. That means he was looked at as 1 of the top 2 playing that position. That's big time.
I envision J.Evans being there soon if he stays away from injuries. And don't overlook Faine's importance as well. He's been rock solid all year long.

Getting Hollis back on the D side is huge as well. He has really been an anchor in there all year.
