We signed a ton of people too. Grubbs, Mack, Lofton, Chamberlain, Bunkley, etc.

Salary is also part of the formula in some way (no one knows for sure what it is) and we signed a lot of big money FA's compared to what we lost.

And picked up no one! So yes they should have those comp picks... What exactly is your point?
