The run defense has been flat out nasty since the bye week. 149 yards in 4 games. Last week did a thread about it, at the time it was 3.3 yards a carry for 3 game span. Those numbers are lower now after SF rushed for only 49 yards on 25 carries.

Thier pass defense and quarterback rush has been very impressive also the last 3 games. In those 3 games the Saints have intercpted 6 passes and harassed QBs nonstop. In those three games using rough math the Passer Rating for opposing passers is 67

Lets not forget Kamara is going to give Atlanta fits

The Saints are the superior team, no question... even w/out Drew Brees.

The Falcons will play their guts out though, and their WRs are dangerous. If the Saints pash rush falls off, then they will score a bunch of points. Turnovers by the Saints offense could be their undoing.

Alvin Kamara needs to end his scoreless streak against the Clowns next Sunday.

The Falcons match up pretty well with us. Don't be surprised if it's a dog fight.

But even with Drew out, the good thing is Atlanta's run defense is very beatable. Sunday's gameplan should involve a heavy dose of AK/Murray.

The Falcons and their fan believe that they’ve turned the corner since the Quinn firing. Their offense is still dangerous. As much as we rag on Ryan, the dude can carve up any defense with those receivers and with the possibility of our starting QB being sidelined, we need to stay ahead of the chains and ahead in scoring. TDs, not FGs in the red zone will be key.
