Interesting thought. After success the head coach gets a lot of credit. Now it's clear to me the key to there success from a schematic stand point is Shannahan. Look at Quinn's impact, still implementing a version of the cover 3 defense. To there credit the defense rose to be above average when it needed to. But it is still a defense you can score on. For that particular team, Shannahan is a better asset then Quinn. Wonder why you hardly see administration make the move and keep the better asset. If y'all were decision makers for the buzzards who would you keep?
