Next man up and if they can't do that oh well. We had what 8 9 players on ir last year?

The number of players we had on IR last year was in the 20s....I want to say 22 if memory serves.

Chris Carter "I don't like to speculate on injuries..." then he proceeds to speculate on what the injury was. He was right...but nonetheless annoying.

It was no longer speculation when the trainer did the calf test on TV when they came back from commercial.

Ellerbe

So that's a starting safety, two starting LBs, a former starting LB (Ellerbe), one starting DE, and a #2 CB. Oh yeah, Hendrickson missed a lot of time too as the 3rd DE after Okafor went down, forcing us to use our 4th DE for long stretches.

And that's just major injuries and IR. We had lots of other guys miss games (i.e. like the Falcons missing McKinnley for a week).
