Neither one of them heard their names called in the NFL Draft.
But Lance Moore and Pierre Thomas didn't let being undrafted free agents stop them.
The two diamonds in the rough went on to have solid NFL seasons in New Orleans as part of one of the most potent offenses in the league.
Those careers were good enough for both to make their way into the Saints' Hall of Fame.
Moore and Thomas were announced on Thursday as the newest members of the team's Hall of Fame.
They will be inducted in September, with a formal ceremony at Club XLIV on September 14 and then a public recognition on September 16 during the Saints' home game against the Cleveland Browns. ...
