I can't give you a good answer for the second WR but Stallworth is a must start. He's on my fantasy team and, when he actually plays, is one of the few bright spots.

Actually I think that both Brown and Stallworth are good starts. THe thing is, they are probably both good for 60-80 yards and a TD each, which is a good thing, but I dont see either have a HUGE fantasy day.

I would agree with this. You could start both Philly guys and do well, but I kind of like to diversify things for the sake of safety.
