Some contenders:

Sesame Street
Mister Rogers Neighboorhood
Electric Company
3-2-1 Contact
Mr. Wizard
Captain Kangaroo (forgot about the Captain, thanks Guido)

If you're younger:

Barney
Blue's Clues
Dora the Explorer
Teletubbies

If you're older:

Howdy Doody
Bozo

There were also a ton of regional shows that weren't seen outside the local market (I actually think that Bozo started as a Chicago based show)

I watched all of the first five listed religiously say 10 years old and younger

As far as a favorite goes I would say Sesame Street, but my mom says that mine was actually Mr. Rogers, I guess its quieter and softer nature appealed to me

i know i watched sesame street & electric company & zoom
but the one that comes to mind the most the one who's theme song comes to my brain fastest is
this amazing bit of weirdness

next would be

3-2-1 Contact/Bloodhound Gang
Mr. Rogers
Square One Television (Mathnet was a favorite skit)
Today's Special
Reading Rainbow
Slim Goodbody
Schoolhouse Rock
Pee Wee's Playhouse
The Electric Company

edit: How could I forget "The Letter People"?

Kaptain Kangaroo, I especially liked picture pages. Is it still ok to say that?

I know for a fact I watched Captain Kangaroo as a kid but I swear I don't remember a thing about it

Never heard of New Zoo Revue - but Annie Jo is kinda cute

It’s the New Zoo Revue, coming on for you!

I remember the theme song but that’s it.
