Who is/was your favorite NHL team?

I liked the Sabres and the old Quebec Nordiques.

I started watching hockey around 1990 and I liked the Red Wings right from the beginning. Yzerman was fascinating to me and I liked how they were starting to recruit the Russians. I know it's ultimately for the money, but it was really cool to see how they would get their whole family out too.

I also liked the Lighting since I was in the Tampa Bay area since their inception. Brutal dudes they were. I still have a signed Brian Bradley hockey card.
