This song popped onto my i-phone while running today, one of my roommates at the time (who tragically passed away almost a year ago) got the CD from a friend who was friends with the band. One of the guys I went to high school with made a copy of the tape (the whole album) for me, and I about wore that thing out.

It was an obscure song until Volkswagen used it in one of their commercials. I remember the first time I watched that commercial and I thought that song was the perfect complement to the ad.

They were never a Top 40 darling but they have a had a long and successful enough career with a devoted following to the point I wouldn't call anything they did obscure.
