WASHINGTON — Law enforcement officials say a U.S. government official and up to four Chinese nationals are being charged with spying on the United States.

The Associated Press has learned they are being accused of spying and giving U.S. military secrets to the Chinese government.

Law enforcement officials who spoke on condition of anonymity say the charges are being unsealed later Monday by federal courts in California and Virginia. The officials asked for anonymity because the case has not yet been made public.

It was not immediately clear where in the government the unnamed U.S. official worked. As many as four Chinese nationals are to be charged for illegally smuggling out information from places like research facilities, labs or universities that had access to the secret material.

A news conference has been planned for 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time at the Justice Department in Washington.

Ok, well, that's one theory. Personally I liked this one better

If y'all only knew... this is huge. This DOES involve political corruption, AND drugs, AND Bill Jefferson, AND Baron Davis.

In fact, this case is directly related to the racist trolley car accident, the mexican mafia taking over metarie, and Barack Obama turning his back on the flag.

Of course the T-P will never report it... Thank god there is the always intelligent comment section so people can learn the TRUTH.

Uh oh. The Clintons better come in quick and do some damage control or else intel might get out to sink her campaign.

The people that live in the house are Asian, according to the noon news (one of the neighbors stated this fact). They are probably two of the Chinese nationals that will be charged with spying.
