Come on man, not you too. That's not what the FBI said. Comey said directly she DID NOT LIE.

I don't like her either but how are otherwise intelligent people repeating this blatant lie that the FBI says she lied? If you think she lied, fine, but the FBI said the opposite of what you are saying here.

That's not what Tenordas said, he said she lied under oath which is simply false.

Now, did she lie to the public? Comey says he believes she didn't know the emails were classified because of how they were marked. Do I believe that? I don't know, honestly. I think he knows more about this than me and I'll give the benefit of the doubt. Everyone has to make their own judgement on if she lied or didn't know. I suspect that will be driven largely by ones ideology.

However, she didn't commit perjury because statements to the public isn't under oath.

Perhaps I have misunderstood the order of things. First of all, I didn't mean to imply the FBI said she lied to them. Comey did not say that. Also, it is my understanding she wasn't under oath when she spoke to them. However, when he was before Congress and was asked about several statements she made before congress, he straight forward said those statements weren't correct. Was she not under oath when she testified before Congress? I suppose that's possible, though it would be unusual.

This site is full of uninformed types who refuse to look into Clintons past. Her connections and dealings are treasonous at best and her dishonesty is unprecedented. If all you democrats out there are actually think college can be free without tax increases on everyone you are insane. You think showing love to murderous Muslims will change them then you are naive. Even a $15 minimum wage will increase the unemployment numbers and force businesses to downsize. You guys need to use your brains and see the destruction caused and left behind by democrats. How long has New Orleans been run by democrats?

Sounds like she still lied to me. But I'm not in government, so I don't know their secret code word for "lie" for the time being, I guess...

One situation is a person receiving tens of thousands of emails she has to deal with of which less than 100 may have held classified material somewhere in them using prior practice with setting up her email. The SofS also runs by a different set of classified rules than the military.

The second case is a sailor in the US military with security clearance taking pictures of a subs engine room which he knew was completely against regulations. Pretty simple to see the difference.

Which leaves one with only two choices for a conclusion:

1) She knows exactly she did and told bald faced lies to cover it up, or

2) She is incompetent.

Either conclusion leads me to the reality that she has no business being in charge of anything, especially not the country.

Hillary Clinton will be the next POTUS because YOU, the so called Republican conservatives decided to go the reality TV route and nominate a clown, whose every other sentence is a lie or a contradiction (when he actually puts a sentence together) and completely ignore the one man, John Kasich, who could have challenged Clinton, the one with dignity, professionalism, and a track record. But noooooo. Let's believe the showbiz con man. And now, you are clinging to the same tired sound bites..

So, next year, when Hillary Clinton takes the oath as POTUS, all of you emailers and Benghaziers look at yourselves in the mirror, smile, Pat yourselves in the back, and congratulate yourselves for your accomplishment.
