Part of the problem is that they were reviewing Mingo mostly as a DE, not as an OLB. However, I am pretty sure he said that Mingo doesn't bend well, which will hurt him as an rush OLB

In the LB segment I posted, Cosell specifically stated that Jarvis Jones is ideal as a open side OLB .. aka rush OLB. I guess we can try to tweet Cosell and ask him to compare the two more.
