Finished Formatting, New Problem (1 Viewer)

I finished my reformat yesterday,(1.7 gig.p4 HP laptop,512ram , XP ) and as soon as I got it running I noticed that when I drag down my scroll bar on any page, it looks like an old TV with the vertical hold messed up.... Not a smooth scroll down the page as it did before....any suggestions anyone? ( I only had Windows XP disc to do this reformat with, no factory install discs)

thats all you should need, now go to the manufacturers homepage and download a video driver and touchpad driver
