about what i expected, it follows the the same formula as many of the other new character movies they have but out the last 2 years.

That actually did more to sell me on this movie than anything I've seen so far. I have little interest in Carol Danvers, but if you're pitching me something that's at least partially Kree-Skrull space opera I'm down for that.

I also like how Jackson is playing a less jaded and paranoid Fury here. He's just an agent at this point, not a guy with the weight of the world and countless secrets both mundane and intergalactic eating away at him.
