ATLANTA -- First place.
Say it again, 100 times over, and as unlikely and surprising as the two words sound when stitched together and glued onto the Saints, they aren't going to change.
Eleven games into the 2006 NFL regular season, one day after plastering the Falcons 31-13 at the Georgia Dome and four days before the calendar flips and the month reads "December," the Saints remain in first place in the NFC South.
