We have an appreciative fan base. Look at how they reacted to Marcus Williams, forgiving him and cheering him on after his big screw up...as opposed to local radio who acted like he should've been cut after the game.

IMO I have always believed we are a little more appreciative than most cause we've really known what it's like to sustain long term success similar to what the old Steelers, Cowboys, 49ers, Packers and the Pats fans are used to.

we're the same way with the mudhens after a three game road trip to terra haute. we welcome the team school bus and warm up their cars for them in the costco lot.
