So, is all this mustache, mullet, etc. stuff just his way of having fun or is he serious with this stuff? If it's his way of having fun it's great, if he really is Uncle Rico, then it does not bode well for his future as a leader in the NFL.

It’s definitely about having fun for him. Like I said he is really a good guy who is good at self deprecation while having fun with the whole Uncle Rico thing.
