Since Payton has left, Loomis has...
Tried to ruin the franchise by giving up the farm and the worst NFL contract of all time to a known sexual deviant.
Hired a proven failure as a HC.
Kept a figure head at OC for two years after seeing it wasn't going to work four weeks into his first season.
Allowed a string of quality coaches leave to be replaced by has been or never was guys
Allowed that failure of a HC to sign a mediocre, overpriced QB, who he has already coached and failed with the first time around.
Traded up for an OL that two years in, the fanbase is thrilled because he's playing "not terribly"
Traded up for a WR who is frail, soft and concussion prone, while showing lack of effort and desire frequently
Extended a RT with a degenerative knee
Extended a MLB in his mid 30s
Extended a DE in his mid 30s
Extended Ruiz who has proven to not be very good
Signed a FA in Chase Young who is now on his third team because he's a bust
Extended the loser QB after a season in which he proved he was what we thought he was and nearly had the team's best OL (McCoy) beat him up in the middle of a game
Paid a ton of money to a diva narcissist WR in Thomas who is so done he can't even get a minimum deal elsewhere
Has the team with the worst cap situation in the NFL and almost no good young talent
I mean that's just off the top of my head.
Why exactly should Loomis have a job? Anything he did 10 years ago is irrelevant.
