Foreign Adoption (1 Viewer)

G' Mornin' All,

Has anyone here every done a foreign adoption? I'm looking for recommendations of agencies that handle adoptions in China, Vietnam, Ukraine, and other nations. It would be especially helpful if they have an office in the DFW area...

The wife is quitting her job on May 1st and we're getting the ball rolling. It is looking more and more like we're going to get a kid or two. A US adoption is still an option but from what I can tell, China and other countries are more affordable and easier to adopt from.

My step-mother-in-law's daughter has adopted a son from Siberia and is in the process to adopt a daughter from there. They are well into about $50Grr for the daughter and they don't have custody of her yet. Their son cost at least that 5 years ago. I don't think it is a process for the faint of heart and thin wallet.
