Former LSU running back Darrel Williams is in NOLA today.



I have not seen any reports yet of a meeting with the Saints, but at least he is in town. He would shore up the running back position in a big way, especially with AK41's potential suspension looming.

I'm sure Jarvis and Honey Badger have been in Darrel's ear recently to add another Tiger to this Saints squad.

That’s exactly who Darrel Williams is lol. He had over 45 receptions and 450 rec yards last year

Williams had 558 yards rushing on 144 attempts last year and 452 receiving yards on 47 receptions last year. I'd call that a versatile back who can both run and catch the ball. He's not great, but he's a solid all around RB.
