I think the front office does a great job of finding the type of players the coach wants on his team. Remember this is the same front office we've had for the last few years. The coach tells the front office what kind of players he wants and the front office goes get them. So I think a lot of the credit also has to go to coach Payton because its obvious he knows what kinds of players are needed to win unlike the previous coach.

Biggest thanks of all goes to John Fox! Loomis did not have Payton on his radar until Fox called him. Tank loomis for following through and thank Benson for spending the cash on the players.
