Who’s ready to watch some regular season NBA basketball again?!?

The New Orleans Pelicans are kicking off the 2018-19 season against the Houston Rockets in about an hour’s time. You can catch the broadcast on ESPN or Fox Sports New Orleans at 7:00 p.m. Central.

Per the latest injury report update, only the name of Jahlil Okafor (Ankle) appeared on the list, but Alvin Gentry gave confirmation that center will be available to play during the pre-game session.

Dominated the first half. Not just lucky. Dominated. Even Solomon Hill looked solid. I’m getting hopeful that this team will finish higher than 5th in the West.

Julius Randle is the perfect compliment to AD and makes losing Cousins OK. And if Payton can play like that, we won’t miss Rondo at all. Only 1 game in, but looks like this off-season was a good one.
