Yes, I think they did!!

I live here in Cowboys land and despised them well before the season kicked off!! I watched the preseason game in agony, and tried to explain to many uneducated Cowboys fans (bandwagoners) that Parcells hurt his team by attempting to beat the Saints, as oppossed to scouting his team's talnet. On the other hand, I explained that we had a new coach and a new system, so we couldn't afford to attempt to win the game, as evaluating talent was our main concern. This evaluation led to changes and additions (Simineau SP) that got us where we are today. I then went on to explain to them that this was only a preseason game, in which their reply was that they still beat us.


Well.... 42-17, and silence. not a word from them, but several from me. I let them know that at a minimum, they beat us in preseason!!! After a few days passed they began to beleive that they would really beat us in a rematch. After losing to Philly, I think they are finally coming down to Earth!!!


P.S. Tony Romo is the second coming of Gary Hogoboom. Mark my words!!!!

I still don't feel they gameplanned. Each coaching staff tries to work on specific situations to prepare their team but I don't think any coach (with any brains) "gameplans" to beat a preseason opponent.
