Georgia execution halted at the last minute (1 Viewer)

If this guy had been living in Pakistan, he would have been dead already due to a drone strike(including 4-6 innocent people living with or around him).

He has been deemed incompitent(sp) so the penn is not the answer..

the penn is not the answer for countless nonviolent drug offenders either. Can we be outraged at that as well?

The Georgia taxpayers must feel relieved to know they're footing the bill for this guy a little longer
Actually, we're fine with it. We'd rather do the right thing by not executing mentally ******** people (in direct violation of established Georgia law and unconstitutional to boot) who might not understand the consequence of their actions.

If we were concerned with the cost we would have just gone for life imprisonment anyway.

I think you'd find far less people willing to defend serial killers, spree-killing psychopaths from getting death penalty instead of life imprisonment where some Jesuit priests, nuns "hope" they'll reform and morally lecturing victims' families why they should forgive these monsters. FWIW, these types don't deserve taxpayers' to rot in prison for the rest of their lives.
