Its obvious now that we will draft an Olineman in the later rounds but I think signing Bryant Mckinnie would the key for this guy's development. Same thing happened with Jammal Brown and Jermon Bushrod.

my only issues with him are whether he can keep off gaining weight and his work ethic

As always is the case with us....we will not overpay, we will not get into a bidding war, we pay market price for players...think you worth a specific amount, ok we will let you test the market but here is what we think you are worth and what we are willing to pay.

It's fun to see actually, because there will always be surprises, like on draft day: good players that are expected to be signed from day 1 don't, they slip, while the worst teams try to better themselves with a huge signing. And then the "real" value players come out.
